The Conference is organized to facilitate the exchange of the research results and networking among social scientists from different countries and regions of the world to discuss findings of their research, exchange knowledge from different fields of social sciences and create new partnerships.
Seconded researchers in the ODDEA project are eligible for a registration fee waiver.

INFORMATION ABOUT CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference fee
Onsite participation registration fee:
- EUR 400,- (early bird, to be paid before 15.4.2024)
- EUR 450,- (full- standard registration fee)
- EUR 250,- (discounted fee for students)
The registration fee includes access to all conference presentation events, conference proceedings in electronic form, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches during conference days and the conference gala dinner.
Online participation registration fee:
- EUR 300,- (full registration fee)
- EUR 200,- (discounted fee for students)
The registration fee includes access to all conference presentation events, and conference proceedings in electronic form.
Group discount – A 25% discount from the applicable standard registration fee will be provided to each participant upon the registration of 5 or more individuals from the same institution.
Note:
- Seconded researchers of the ODDEA project are waved the conference participation fee, however, they will be requested to cover the cost of lunches and gala dinner if they wished to attend them
- Final deadline for the registration for the conference with presentation is: 30h April 2024.
- Final deadline for the registration for the conference without presentation is: 10th May 2024.

The reviewed conference proceedings with an ISBN number will be published, including abstracts/full papers.
In case of sufficient interest, full papers will be published in a scientific monograph with ISBN, which will be peer-reviewed and will be applied for Scopus indexing.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Participants, who wish to present a paper should submit an extended abstract/full paper together with the registration form. The submitted abstract/paper will be peer reviewed and the decision on their acceptance will be issued within 15 days since the submission.
